Client Experience

Your entire job is a yes or a no.

A good assistant doesn’t hand you a form — they bring you the work already done and wait for your word. That is the whole interaction model. Two destinations: Home and Settings. Everything else is machinery, and machinery stays invisible.

  1. 01

    The system reads your business

your site, your reviews, your feed — nothing for you to fill in

  2. 02

    Work arrives done

drafted posts, drafted replies, planned weeks — in your voice

  3. 03

    You say yes or no

a queue measured in seconds, from your phone

  4. 04

    Everything else runs

publishing, retries, records — invisible unless it needs you

What we never do without asking

Nothing publishes without your yes

Posts, review replies, campaigns — every outward action stops at an approval gate. Not a default you can miss, not a timeout that becomes consent. Silence is never approval.

Nothing texts a customer without consent

Marketing messages are unsendable without recorded consent, re-checked at the moment of sending. An opt-out is permanent and enforced in code, not in policy.

Nothing irreversible happens quietly

Anything that can't be undone is asked about first, in plain language, with what it costs to be wrong stated on the control.

Nothing is invented

Every figure you see traces to a named source — your own data, a public record, or our books. Where we don't know yet, the screen says so and says when we will.
